C9610 InLine PCBA Cleaning Machine
The C9610 model in-line PCBA aqueous cleaning machine is divided into three process sections, such as the chemical cleaning section, pure water rinsing section, and powerful hot air drying section. The machine is further divided into eleven processes including isolation or chemical pre-cleaning, chemical circulation cleaning, isolation air cutting, flushing isolation, isolation air duct DI water pre-wash, DI water circulation rinsing, final freshwater wash, first stage air cutting and drying, second stage air cutting and drying, and board exit.
All PP boards are cut and drilled using CNC machining.
The bottom of all tanks is triple-strength welded to ensure no leakage.
The machine frame is a thickened steel frame wrapped in PP board. While the PP material ensures chemical properties, the steel base frame ensures the machine’s strength.
