I. Equipment Introduction:
The DEZ-C9610 model in-line PCBA aqueous cleaning machine is divided into three process sections, such as the chemical cleaning section, pure water rinsing section, and powerful hot air drying section. The machine is further divided into eleven processes including isolation or chemical pre-cleaning, chemical circulation cleaning, isolation air cutting, flushing isolation, isolation air duct DI water pre-wash, DI water circulation rinsing, final freshwater wash, first stage air cutting and drying, second stage air cutting and drying, and board exit.
II. Cleaning Process Flow:
- Board entry → Board isolation → Chemical wash → Isolation → Air cut isolation → Flushing isolation → Air knife isolation → DI water pre-rinsing → DI water rinsing → Final rinse → Isolation → First stage high-pressure hot air → Second stage high-pressure hot air → Board exit
III. Equipment Description:
- The entire machine is made of Taiwan-imported PP board, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
- Based on the excellent chemical properties of PP board, the machine is compatible with both alkaline and acidic cleaning agents, without any restrictions on the type of cleaning agent used. This is significantly better than ordinary stainless steel cleaning machines, which are only suitable for alkaline cleaning agents.
- Thanks to the good antioxidant properties of PP material, the machine remains like new in appearance and internally even after many years of use.
- All PP boards are cut and drilled using CNC machining.
- The bottom of all tanks is triple-strength welded to ensure no leakage.
- The machine frame is a thickened steel frame wrapped in PP board. While the PP material ensures chemical properties, the steel base frame ensures the machine’s strength.
- Customized 316 stainless steel sector nozzles.
