C756 Automatic Spray Fixture Cleaning Machine
The C756 fully automatic spraying fixture cleaning equipment is a new, high-performance water-based cleaning device. It involves manually placing fixtures and other workpieces into the cleaning chamber. After setting the cleaning, rinsing, and drying times, simply press the start button for the equipment to automatically carry out the cleaning, rinsing, and drying process, making operation simple and convenient.
The cleaning agent used in this equipment can be recycled within the machine, significantly reducing liquid consumption and costs, while also reducing operation time and minimizing contact between operators and liquids, thus reducing the risk of harm to personnel.
This equipment is suitable for cleaning the external surfaces of various types of workpieces, such as wave soldering fixtures, reflow soldering trays, and condensers. It effectively removes flux residues, oil stains, dust, and other contaminants from machine parts’ surfaces.
The “spray cleaning machine” utilizes high-pressure spray cleaning, high-pressure rinsing, high-pressure air cutting, and high-flow fan hot air drying techniques to ensure thorough cleaning results.
Cleaning: The cleaning process typically employs water-based cleaning solution, added externally. Before cleaning operations, the liquid must be heated by a heater to enhance cleaning efficiency. Cleaning time can be set via the touchscreen. During cleaning, high-pressure water flow generated by the water pump is utilized to completely remove all substances from the surface of fixtures, achieving the goal of chemical cleaning. The stripped contaminants are filtered out through a filtration device, allowing for the recycling of the cleaning solution and extending its lifespan. These cleaning solutions have formulations without surfactants and solid materials, ensuring no residue remains on the cleaned parts after drying. The absence of permanent binding between surfactants and contaminants prevents the gradual reduction of effective components in the solution, ensuring safety and reliability after cleaning.
Rinsing: The rinsing process utilizes water as the rinsing solution, added externally through pipelines. Rinsing time can be set via the touchscreen. During rinsing, pressure generated by the water pump is used to forcefully remove liquid residues from the surface of fixtures. The stripped contaminants are filtered out through a filtration device to avoid secondary pollution and ensure cleaning effectiveness.
Drying: The drying process involves using the heat generated by a heater and circulating hot air to remove the small amount of water and moisture carried out of the rinsing tank by the fixtures. In the process of airflow circulation, the heater rapidly heats the airflow. When the hot air blows onto the surface of the fixtures, the circulating hot air accelerates the evaporation of the liquid. This process removes the water and moisture from the fixtures, achieving the purpose of drying.
- Cleaning System: During cleaning, nozzles are arranged on the upper, lower, and side surfaces of the rotating cleaning basket. While the workpiece rotates, all cleaning nozzles high-pressure spray cleaning solution, providing comprehensive scanning cleaning of the workpiece. The cleaned cleaning solution flows back to the cleaning solution tank for circulation filtration and heating.
- Rinsing System: During rinsing, nozzles are arranged on the upper, lower, and side surfaces of the rotating cleaning basket. While the workpiece rotates, all rinsing nozzles high-pressure spray pure water, providing comprehensive scanning rinsing of the workpiece. This thoroughly rinses off the residual cleaning solution after cleaning. The rinsed cleaning solution flows back to the cleaning solution tank for circulation filtration and heating.
- Storage Liquid Tank: The cleaning solution tank is used to recover and store cleaning solution and undergo filtration. The outlet of the cleaning solution tank is equipped with two stainless steel primary filters to protect the cleaning pump, followed by a 10um filter.
- Rotating Basket Device: The rotating basket is driven by a frequency-controlled motor through a chain mechanism, enabling low-noise and smooth rotation operation.
- Water Circulation Device: The cleaning chamber features primary filtration, the liquid tank features secondary filtration, and a stainless steel filter serves as tertiary filtration.
- Liquid Level Sensor: Due to liquid evaporation and repeated circulation cleaning of workpieces, the liquid continuously decreases. Sensors detect upper, middle, and lower limits of liquid storage volume to control alarms, notifying operators to refill liquid.
- Temperature Control Device: Temperature control within the liquid tank is achieved through a thermostat using a thermocouple probe to set the ideal temperature.
- Protection Device: The equipment protection cover is equipped with anti-slip devices and proximity sensors for safety. The equipment cannot be started when the protection cover is open, ensuring safety.
- Heating Device: Heating tubes electrically heat the cleaning solution to improve cleaning efficiency.
- Air Drying Device: High-pressure air cutting generates a high-speed airflow through a high-pressure fan. After heating through heating tubes, the airflow is blown onto the surface of the post-washed workpiece through air knives, quickly removing water droplets and achieving rapid drying of the workpiece.
- Electrical Control Device: Includes time display, temperature display, operation panel, parameter setting, and equipment operation monitoring functions.
