C750 Automatic Aqueous Stencil Cleaning Machine
The C750 is a new high-performance fully automatic cleaning equipment. The equipment consists of a cleaning system, a rinsing system, a drying system, and a filtering system. It is driven by electricity and compressed air, and rinsed with water-based liquid cleaning agents and DI water. It can clean various types of steel meshes such as SMT steel mesh, copper steel mesh, silk screen frame, photoresist steel mesh, microporous mesh, silicon wafer, etc.
- Specifically designed for cleaning stencils, misprint boards, PCB/PCBA, etc., with a high-pressure spray system using aqueous cleaning solutions.
- Dual liquid tanks equipped with a heating system to meet the needs of cleaning, rinsing, and hot air drying.
- Process flow: Cleaning – Chemical Isolation – Rinsing (Open loop/Closed loop) – Drying.
- Equipped with advanced fully automatic touch screen operation software, saving program files, making use extremely simplified.
- System counting function, which can automatically tally the number of cleaned stencils and the number of filtration cycles.
- Liquid and pump pressures can be displayed through the panel pressure gauge, providing timely feedback on equipment operation.
- Spray pressure is monitored by a pressure sensor, which will trigger an alarm if it exceeds the set pressure range.
- Resistivity monitoring of the rinse liquid ensures cleanliness; resistivity is adjustable to meet different stencil process requirements.
- Direct liquid return reduces liquid consumption.
- The entire stainless steel body is sturdy and durable, resistant to acidic and alkaline cleaning solutions.
- Rinsing water can be filtered through ion filtration for long-term zero discharge.
- High-pressure air blower + hot air drying for a faster and more thorough drying effect.
- Lower operating costs; each cleaning only requires 30-120ml of liquid. After cleaning, compressed air is used to recover residual liquid in the pipeline and pump, which can reduce liquid consumption by 50%.
