C7320 Versatile Industrial Dry Ice Cleaning Machine
The dry ice cleaning machine is suitable for industrial mold cleaning, industrial equipment surface cleaning, PCBA circuit board cleaning, product surface oil and rust removal, automotive industry carbon deposit removal, and petrochemical cleaning. It can remove contaminants directly on the production line without affecting production or damaging molds, thereby increasing productivity. The dry ice sublimates instantly after being sprayed, leaving no residue and producing no secondary waste. It is widely applicable in various fields such as the automotive industry, industrial molds, petrochemical industry, printing industry, electronics industry, nuclear industry, and general manufacturing. Dry ice is a non-toxic substance that is easily accessible and cost-effective. Dry ice cleaning is non-abrasive and does not damage tolerances or bearings, and it is safe for machinery. During operation, dry ice particles are propelled axially by a cylinder; an electric motor drives a chain wheel that turns a cutting disc, shredding block dry ice layer by layer into an ice storage chamber; the shredded dry ice falls into the ice discharge area, where it is then blown out by high-pressure air through a relatively enclosed space below. Under the constraint of the nozzle, the dry ice forms various jet shapes, directed at the surface requiring deburring to achieve the goal. The shape and intensity of the jet are determined by factors such as the shape of the surface to be deburred and the tenacity of the burrs. Adjustments are made based on these factors, including changing the size and shape of the nozzle and adjusting the motor speed. Adjusting the motor speed can correspondingly adjust the amount of ice cutting. Generally, the more and tougher the burrs are, the higher the motor speed needs to be. The specific adjustments are determined based on actual conditions.
- Cost-saving: Since carbon dioxide is a component of the atmosphere, it is easily accessible and inexpensive. The only power-consuming device is the air compressor. Dry ice directly sublimates during the cleaning process, eliminating the cost of disposing of the cleaning medium.
- Environmental Safety: CO2 is a non-toxic substance that complies with the safety requirements of the USDA/FDA/EPA. Replacing toxic chemical cleaning with dry ice cleaning fundamentally protects employees from the harm of chemical substances.
- Dry ice cleaning can be performed online, significantly reducing downtime. It avoids the need for protection, cooling, disassembly, and treatment of wastewater and sludge associated with traditional methods, saving drying time, and thus offering high production efficiency and minimal time consumption.
- Wide application range: For different cleaning conditions, simply replace the dry ice cleaning nozzle and adjust the cleaning working distance to meet various needs. The operation is simple, safe, and cost-effective, with considerable overall benefits.
- Unlike steam and high-pressure water cleaning, dry ice cleaning does not damage wires, control elements, or switches. In the food industry, dry ice cleaning greatly reduces the possibility of bacterial growth compared to water cleaning.
- After dry ice is sprayed, it instantly sublimates, leaving no residue and producing no secondary waste.
- The amount of ice fed can be controlled at any time, and the spraying pressure can be adjusted online as needed.
