C700 Nozzle Cleaning Machine
The suction nozzle cleaning machine adopts multi-nozzle spraying cleaning mode, and uses fluid mechanics
to break water to generate extremely fine water mist, which forms strong kinetic energy to spray onto the suction
nozzle at the speed of sound. A continuous energy field is formed above the suction nozzle to be cleaned, crushing
dirt on the surface and inside of the suction nozzle. The machine does not need any solvent and can be cleaned with
industrial purified water.
Cleaning: The machine is fully automatic with 30 suction nozzles cleaned each time. Different types of suction
nozzles are equipped with different jig trays. Suction nozzles of any type of mounter can be cleaned, and
compressed air can blow dry automatically after cleaning.
Testing: Take out the jig tray and put it on a special suction nozzle inspection machine for inspection. The real
cleaning condition of the suction nozzle after cleaning can be observed.
