La máquina de limpieza acuosa en línea de PCBA modelo DEZ-C9610 se divide en tres secciones de proceso, como la sección de limpieza química, la sección de enjuague con agua pura y la potente sección de secado con aire caliente. La máquina se divide a su vez en once procesos, incluyendo el aislamiento o pre-limpieza química, limpieza de circulación química, corte de aire de aislamiento, aislamiento de enjuague, prelavado de agua DI del conducto de aire de aislamiento, enjuague de circulación de agua DI, lavado final de agua dulce, corte y secado de aire de primera etapa, corte y secado de aire de segunda etapa, y salida del tablero.
Todos los tableros de PP se cortan y perforan mediante mecanizado CNC.
El fondo de todos los depósitos está soldado con triple resistencia para garantizar la ausencia de fugas.
El bastidor de la máquina es un marco de acero engrosado envuelto en cartón de PP. Mientras que el material de PP garantiza las propiedades químicas, el bastidor base de acero asegura la resistencia de la máquina.
