C9610 InLine PCBA-Reinigungsmaschine
Die wässrige Inline-PCBA-Reinigungsmaschine des Modells DEZ-C9610 ist in drei Prozessabschnitte unterteilt, wie den chemischen Reinigungsabschnitt, den Reinwasserspülabschnitt und den leistungsstarken Heißlufttrocknungsabschnitt. Die Maschine ist außerdem in elf Prozesse unterteilt, darunter Isolierung oder chemische Vorreinigung, chemische Zirkulationsreinigung, Isolationsluftschneiden, Spülisolierung, Isolationsluftkanal DI-Wasser-Vorwäsche, DI-Wasser-Zirkulationsspülung, abschließende Süßwasserwäsche, erste Stufe Luftschneiden und Trocknen, zweite Stufe Luftschneiden und Trocknen und Platinenausgang.
Alle PP-Platten werden mit CNC-Maschinen geschnitten und gebohrt.
Der Boden aller Tanks ist dreifach geschweißt, um ein Auslaufen zu verhindern.
Der Maschinenrahmen besteht aus einem verdickten Stahlrahmen, der mit PP-Pappe umwickelt ist. Während das PP-Material die chemischen Eigenschaften gewährleistet, sorgt der Stahlrahmen für die Stabilität der Maschine.
