C743 Automatic Water-based PCBA Cleaning Machine
The DEZ-C743 is an energy-efficient, fully automatic Water-based cleaning machine that integrates a comprehensive high-end cleaning solution capable of automatically completing washing, rinsing, and drying processes. It is mainly used for cleaning multi-variety, small-batch PCBA boards for military and high-end products in industries such as aviation, aerospace, electronics, medical, new energy, and automotive. It effectively cleans organic and inorganic contaminants such as rosin flux, water-soluble flux, and no-clean flux/paste residues left on the surface after SMT/THT PCBA soldering.

● Convenient cleaning agent addition method: Can be manually added or automatically mixed with DI water and chemical liquid at a set ratio (5%~25%);
● Dedicated spray tank and auxiliary heating system: The spray tank is the working tank for storing boards to be cleaned during the washing and rinsing process. During the cleaning work, the solvent is injected from the dilution tank into the spray tank and continuously heated. After being pressurized by a high-pressure pump, it is sprayed out from the spray nozzle and recycled through filtration; During the rinsing process, the rinse water can also be heated as needed;
● Lower operating costs: The built-in filtration device allows for the recycling of solvents, reducing solvent usage. At the end of the cleaning, compressed air is used to blow out residual liquids in the pipeline and pump, which can effectively save 50% of the cleaning agents.
