H3600A Selective Soldering Machine
Selective wave soldering is a special form of wave soldering invented to meet the development needs of through-hole component soldering. A typical selective wave soldering machine consists of three modules: flux application, preheating, and soldering. Through the device’s programming mechanism, the flux application module selectively sprays flux onto each solder point, which is then preheated by the preheating module before the soldering module completes the soldering of each point one by one.
Selective wave soldering is applicable not only to military electronics, aerospace and ship electronics, automotive electronics, digital cameras, printers, and other products with high soldering requirements and complex processes for multi-layer PCB through-hole soldering.
